The LoDi-Rektor is a modern, high-performance network control center designed for computer-controlled model railways. It serves as an interface between the computer and the locomotive by converting generated locomotive data into the required track signal. With support for various protocols and integration into the LoDi-Bus, it provides a flexible and future-proof solution for model railway enthusiasts of all layout sizes.
The LoDi-Rektor is the central link between PC-based control and the model railway. It processes raw data sent from the computer and generates a precise track signal for the locomotives. It supports the widely used DCC, M3, and Motorola protocols, ensuring broad compatibility.
To manage connected components, the LoDi-Rektor utilizes the LoDi-Bus (formerly µCon-Bus), which functions as an extended booster bus and remains fully backward compatible with older µCon devices. The control center can also be used purely as a booster interface, allowing an external command station to be connected via C D E, which can be conveniently switched using the LoDi-ProgrammerFX.
Thanks to its modern network interface, the LoDi-Rektor operates driver-free and highly efficiently. The Version 2.0 offers faster data processing, reduced data traffic, and optimized execution of control commands.
The LoDi-Rektor is suitable for model railway layouts of all sizes. If a single control unit reaches its limits, additional LoDi-Rektors can be integrated into the system using hand-over points, ensuring seamless control even for the largest layouts.
